BRING
INTERGENERATIONAL ENGAGEMENT
TO YOUR ORGANIZATION

For the first time in history, there are five generations active in the economy. Understanding your own generational preferences and values is the first step to true Intergenerational Engagement. Once you become self-aware, you can learn how the strengths of your intergenerational counterparts can launch your organization into the future.

Dillon Kalkhurst and The Center For Intergenerational Engagement offers a variety of options to help build Intergenerational Engagement throughout your organization.

The content will be customized as an employee or customer focus for the specific audience. We also include additional information on how Millennials and GenZs are disrupting and changing their specific industry.

CORPORATE TRAINING WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

Half and full-day retreats include detailed, engaging, and interactive discussions about each of the five generations. Full days include the Intergenerational Engagement content as well as Personality Styles. Full day participants will leave the session self-aware of their own generation and personality styles. They will learn about other generations and personality styles and how to become a “Chameleon” by adjusting their communications styles to effectively engage any generation or personality type.

CUSTOM BOOK PRINT & SPONSORSHIPS

Any of the above programs can include copies of the book “Intergenerational Engagement: Understanding the Five Generations in Today’s Economy.” The book acts as a great pre-session overview or a post-session go-to source for much more detailed Intergenerational Engagement knowledge. The books can also feature a custom forward by the host organization or an event sponsor.
