Writer: Dillon KalkhurstDillon Kalkhurst

It is important to recognize and dispel negative generational stereotypes and focus on each generation's strengths. When your organization fully embraces the power of "Age Diversity," you will enjoy a harmonious workplace, enhanced communications, and increased customer engagement.
